      We are in and settled and I am finally getting a chance to write an over-due review. We had a great experience with our project manager, Todd, and sales rep, Mary Anne. Both were very responsive, professional and transparent throughout the build process. Mary Anne even helped us find schools, sports teams and other clients in the area as we were new to Maryland. Thank you for a great process and for working with us while we built a home out of state. We love our new home and the Cedar Creek community.

      We just purchased a single family home in this community. So far the experience has been very positive. The sales rep Mary Anna Long is very professional and dedicated, always responds to our needs in a helpful and timely manner. I am looking forward to meeting other member of their team in the next phase of building our new home
