They are absolutely a joke of a company. We got approved by NVR to start building a house and gave all necessary paperwork in December 2020. They said they would update us on what was needed 60 days before closing; we continued to call and make sure everything was good with no feedback. Around August they told us we needed to put down an additional 5% so we did; around 30 days out they asked for other documents which we sent. The day before closing they stated that the UW said they ran the system too much and they had to start a new application, pushing closing 7 days out. 5 days before the new closing date, they just told us we needed 5% more down! ****UPDATE**** the loan officer, manager and Ryan home regional managers came together and made sure our loan closed on the third time. I appreciate the work done!
