      Ray, has made this building process easy! He is very up front and transparent. If we have questions he tells us the answer, if he doesn't know it ( he says he doesn't know it) he get the answer in a reasonable time. To be honest that's what I needed in this process, b/c I don't like surprises! I feel like I have a friend in this process and not just a sales agent.
