  Wahid of Okleaf Funding had helped us twice: refinance our primary home in 2016 and purchase of new home in 2018. On both these Wahid had provided us excellent service. He is very knowledgeable and honest. If he is not sure about something, he will research it and confirms from his resources to make sure that the information he is providing us is correct and valid. He takes the time to explain everything. Buying a house or getting the house loan refinanced is a very stressful and long process but Wahid was with us every step of the way until the closing of the loan. I have referred him to my relatives and friends and he has helped my sister as well and have provided my sister excellent service as well.

  We recently purchased our first house with Oak Leaf Funding's assistance. Wahid went above and beyond in patiently guiding and educating us throughout this complex, difficult process. He assisted us through every step of the way--pre-approval, offer letters, and escrow--and always took the time to answer questions (even when it took us multiple asks to understand!) and communicate processes. Plus, we shopped around with two other lenders and Wahid got us the most competitive loan package with the best interest rate. We could not recommend Oak Leaf more highly!
