      I've tried to stop by this branch multiple times and there is always a huge wait so I just end up leaving in frustration. Today, this was again the case, and when I peeked inside there was only ONE teller working with a line of 20+ people. Update: one day later, my partner tried again, this time in the morning. Same issue. And Wells Fargo corporate, please stop telling us to email you the same complaint. You can forward these complaints yourself...
