I want to love OVCB as I have banked with them for almost a decade, however as time went on, my business banking needs grew and they continued to stay in the dark ages when it comes to mobile banking, a glitchy app, bill pay, statement services etc, it has become unbearable, even after begging and pleading for them to take note and make the advances, for years now. When the perks of banking with them are non existent and fees continue to rise for simple things that wouldn’t require fees or delays if their mobile banking system wasn’t something that seems as though it hasn’t been updated since the bank was founded… it makes it impossible to stay and grow with them no matter how much I want to because I love their employees. OVCB is continuing to do a major disservice to their team members when it comes to giving them the best tools available in the industry and it just shows the bank isn’t willing to invest in their customer experience year after year. It’s very unfortunate that OVCB has such a wonderful team of tellers and managers but continue to let them and their community down by not making changes necessary to have a successful modern day personal and especially business banking account with OVCB when there are so many other options out there.

I am having the heck of a time staying log in. Right now I can't even open my account and there's no way to get any help until Monday That is not serving your customers I think it's time to look for another bank
