      I went in this bank the other day and was treated with the absolute worst customer service I have ever recieved. A women named Stacy was so un professional, it's a long story but needless to say I would never go there again and will never recommend to anyone that they do business with them.

      Been a member since 2018, I was introduced to them by financing a RV- it’s what the dealer used! That has been long paid off with no missed pmts! I’ve read other reviews on credit cards with them…it’s true they are difficult place to pay your card at least on the original app. But then to “CLOSE” your credit card account for “no activity “ makes it even more undesirable! I have excellent credit, paid 100% on time. They closed acct. for lack of activity (mind you it still has a balance with them). Being responsible and making sure to pay off what I’ve used isn’t rewarded in a financial world, but instead they would rather you remain in debt. Making a pmt is being active on my card! They said I could reapply for another card, which requires running your credit and why would I after no loyalty from them. Beware, it could be the recession, clearing house and making ppl reapply to get give a higher interest rate, who knows! Still going strong with Onpoint so check them out!
