      Terrible service, they gave us an LOI, got us for a $10,000 appraisal, and then backed out of our deal when we have 2 weeks left to close!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep in mind the property we are buying is amazing, it is 23 units for under 3,000,000, in LA, which makes this play even more dirty. How many people do you do this to?
