      Great to get checks deposited on Saturday at a drive-in bank. Jason was friendly teller and answered our questions.

      Garbage leadership in the loan insurance department. They don’t answer and then add their own. Never met a credit union I didn’t like. Until now. You thieves belong in prison. The should actually be call Texas Community Credit Union. Since that’s the mailing address for the insurance. I have someone I’m working with there now, but it still hasn’t been resolved. I may change my opinion a bit, but wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Such poor customer service from whoever is at “myloaninsurance”. They have definitely cost you any future business from us. Edit : while the problem was finally fixed, it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. MONTHS of trying to communicate with the insurance verification with no answer. Had to finally get ahold of one of the bank staff to get them to do anything. “Myloaninsurance” needs some new leadership.

      I was on the phone for a good hour simply trying to recieve financial guidance, which online OCCU claims to offer as well as any other standard bank. After being transferred to many departments on the phone I saw that the new location close to me, on Royal ave was open even on a SATURDAY! Heather Metcalf despite usually being appointment only not only made time for me but was enthusiastic about seeing me and answered EVERY question I had! She was confident, fun, understanding, professional and busting at the seams with information and wisdom I wouldn't have found elsewhere! I HIGHLY recommend this location simply for the reason she is there and will help anyone with any questions feel at home and cared for in terms of their financial future. Thank you so much Heather!!
