Angela Crispino treated me with kindness and efficiency when I fell into her chair at 10 minutes before close and stayed at least 10 minutes past close to fully resolved my issue. I'm sure she had paperwork to follow up on afterward. Please don't abuse her focus on customer service like I did. I hope Ocean First management knows they have earned my loyalty because of representatives like Angela.

Today I went to ocean first bank in Matawan . Maggie , the bank associate , was my assistant . She answered All my questions, and was extremely knowledgeable and polite. I opened a checking account with her and she was accommodating, friendly, and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Maggie for your professionalism and topped notch customer service! Awesome job!
