When a manager such as Frank goes out of their way to provide excellent customer service and care it makes a difference. I will be sure to use this location more often. Maybe 20 years ago I worked with a very nice man Jim Nelson.Aberdeen Electric.Once Jim and his wife "Marge" recommended T D Bank we joined and have been happy every day.That's very good loyalty Because of they way my family has been Treated-No FAKE FEES---OR feeling that they don't care for the people.7/8/20 I called about cashing in 2 bonds-Very nicely she explainded on what to do with no problems at all.She had a good sence of humor"WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT " in todays world.I wanted to call the main number,but I was able to talk to her boss and got the point across.Let Nice people know when they do good..........BE SAFE & GOD BLESS NICE PEOPLE
