      Currently been waiting over 30 minutes to open a new account. I understand being short staffed, but having one employer to open accounts is unacceptable for any bank!

      I have had problems with Oconee State Bank blocking purchases I made online from a legitimate business for pet products. They block it because the seller is in the UK, even though I have purchased from the seller many times and been pleased. OSB still interferes with my purchases. I have met with them and been promised the filter is removed so I can purchase. Still every time I purchase they block it. I have emailed them to no avail. They reply but my purchases are still blocked even though they say they will remove the filter. I can't drive to England to make these purchases - I have to order them online. OSB has no business interfering with my regular purchases from secure legitimate sources that many people buy from. I am sick and tired of going round and round with OSB about this. They are incompetent.
