      If I could give zero stars I would. The first representative helped me list the property, then he either left the company or was fired and I went two weeks without an update. the second rep, pressured me to take the cash offer, which I did. the home inspector was rude, left a sink running, and turned the AC off at the breaker and did not turn it back on. Then they backed out of the deal on the last possible delay. There are plenty of companies to use these days so pick someone else, or sell in the traditional way. Your "Success Manager" Nickolas Flowes has all my conact info. I doubt you will do anything to make this right though.

      The process seemed to be going smoothly. Everyone communicated and was very nice, until they weren't. I got an email on a Sunday morning that the agreement was canceled. No explanation and no response as to why or what happened. Canceling the agreement was fine but at least give us some explanation.
