  Stumbled upon this "3rd party" service provider. I wanted to update my driver's license after moving, as well as upgrade to the travel ID. I had gone to the TSI Title website, and the site made it very clear that I needed to make an appointment (after checking the box as to what type of appointment I wanted). I proceeded to make a same-day appointment and printed my appointment confirmation. There was nothing more provided on their website, but I made some assumptions that, in addition to my current driver's license I would need at least two forms of current address paperwork, which I grabbed. When I found their office (no suite # was provided on their appointment confirmation, which I had with me), I walked in, it was not busy, and a woman proceeded to check me in. When she asked if I brought forms of ID, I told her I had brought two. But I had not brought a passport or birth certificate. She proceeded to tell me that, because of people like me, they have a printed a copy of the requirements "right fromm the website". Well, what she handed me was from the Arizona Dept. of Motor Vehicles - NOT the TSI WEBSITE. It would have been incredibly helpful if their website indicated the documentation that the DMV requires - I had not gone to their website first. If I had gone to the AZ DMV website first, I would most likely already have my new driver's license/travel ID.
