  This bank has the most disrespectful customer service I've ever dealt with. They wrongfully took money from my account, gave it to someone who was not me, and then never gave me back the money. The manager from the Macedonia branch spoke to me so aggressively and rudely as if I was the one who had done something wrong. I had to hang up because he was so mean and would not even admit the bank's faults! They never solved my problem, lied about trying to reach out to me, they said they left me a voicemail.. nope nothing in my voicemail from them in the past month (because I'd been contacting them for a month with no proper assistance). This credit union needs a review course on how to deal with customers respectfully and professionally. Edit: I’m an extremely busy college student and I live too far to deal with this in your office, hence why I wanted YOUR mistake to be solved without me being there. You guys are literally LYING at this point, because I’ve never even DRIVEN THROUGH YOUR DRIVE THROUGH. I can come in and review your “documentation” just to prove that you’re completely wrong and you opened my account to the wrong person.

  Hi Anna, integrity is the first core value of our credit union and is expected from all our employees. Any message from a member alleging unethical employee behavior is flagged immediately. The good news for all our employees and members is we have documentation, including video recordings of your transactions at the Macedonia branch, that do not support what you’ve written here. We’re disappointed that you would resort to leaving a review like this even after we had invited you in good faith to come in and look at the documentation we have.

  Terrible experience had a guy name Brian helping us and he was very rude! My wife Connie thinks he may of been on something.
