I signed up for the $200/$200 promo Key was offering. I followed all of KeyBank’s requested requirements and I am STILL waiting for my (first) $200 promo. No one has answers as to why I have not received the promo, as of yet. What a shame that a company such as this can not follow through on their offers (or offer reasonable answers?) This is the second time Key has caused issues with my banking. Should have learned the first time...shame on me.
