      Absolutely rude manager. This might be the worst banking system in the entire world. They are always rude, they never have anyone that can help or seems to want to help you. Attitude whenever you call or need something. It’s almost like they are trained this way because they are rude and snotty everywhere you go. Managers have attitudes and continue to pass the buck onto someone else. This is the worst bank to deal with. Customers make your paycheck I don’t know if anyone knows that or not..without the consumer you have no business. Horrible terrible business. I wish I could give negative stars

      For the love all holy... update the ATM machine. It's like using AOL dial up. I became 20 years older waiting for the screen to show any sign of life. If you want to go to this location, you're going to be in a nursing home before you get a screen. At Citizen's bank, you can deposit cash, take pictures of checks and it goes into your account right away. This bank is old and outdated. If you're reading this, I have died please send my message to Ohio Savings Bank.
