      They were very nice to me,this was a pleasant car buying experience.

      Called to make last payment days before, bookkeeper not there. She calls and tells me I have to drive with cash.(not just, sorry we can only take...but, "You have to come here with cash" rude.) I left work, drove 30 minutes and show up to locked doors at 330pm no answer and no way to leave voice mail or even email. The salesman was nice. They should replace the bookkeeper. Zero people skills/customer service.
