      I had a hard time getting it all set up, it was hard to contact customer service, after they said my account was ready it still would not work or make any purchases. I am on my own and just newly in college. They won't even let me have an actual bank account. I have to only have a savings and ATM card. (Even though I have a good credit score and I've made all payments on time, have money in there etc. I enjoy it now just wish they would let younger people who don't have much have SOMETHING. I can't buy anything online. It's frustrating. But I'm trying to show them I make enough. The app is okay apart from these problems I faced/ facing.

      Hands down the best customer service around! I have banked with OCCU for years and have purchased a new vehicle and a new boat over the last year. The financing has been seem less, I honestly don’t know why I’ve ever chosen to finance with dealerships in the past. Shout out to Jackie Gordon for going above and beyond to make everything effortless with our financing.
