  Pros: great account perks, fast mobile check deposite, app with several card control options including travel locations Cons: App seems to be down at least once per week, it seems; my debit card is frequently declined despite having plenty of funds in my account.. I was actually at a branch in OKC yesterday and the ATM declined my card yet again. I've used both the OKC and Wichita branches over the last 6 years (even living in Texas for 2 years of that) but unfortunately I will be closing my accounts with them, because the lack of reliability with my card is really irritating (and sometimes embarrassing)!

  Pros: - Integrates with the Intuit Mint app - Service representatives were friendly Cons: - Not a modern bank (internet banking is limited) - Did not receive a callback or email after speaking with support (this occurred multiple times) - Difficult to obtain information (website contains limited information on policies; must call support; may not receive information or callback from support) - Simple changes require written requests (prior servicer allowed such updates to be made via their website)
