Use to be a great bank and they went out of the way to help, not so much anymore. Wish the other man that ran bank was still there! He knew real customer service!!!!

Had an issue with this bank in January 2018. Recently new management has become aware of the treatment by the responsible party, (who is no longer with the bank), they called and came by to apologize and impressed upon me the bank is trying to be better than they were then.

CEO David Keith and I both contacted you with our sincere apology immediately upon seeing your complaint. We determined that OHB's inadequate and incomplete response resulted from lending staff no longer employed at OHB, Your gracious understanding of the bank's lapse with our service to you was appreciated. The next afternoon I enjoyed the opportunity of meeting you at your business, and I was most impressed by your shop and your expertise with diesel repairs.
