Wow! What an awesome experience I had at this bank. Upon entering I was greeted very pleasantly by all staff and the tellers were exceptionally friendly. I was a little concerned to move my money from a larger competitor bank, but, after discussing my concerns with the very knowledge teller my mind has been put at ease. I love the one on one attention I feel from this small bank as opposed to the larger corporate gurus where I am only an account number.

Terrible Service which begs the question how small banks survive in this town. Routinely my business gets change from Citi, Bank of America, etc. we are a neighbor of the bank and went by in dire need of some change. Teller was extremely rude and declined to help us out claiming it was "company policy" not to give change. I highly doubt it wasn't possible to assist a potential customer in a dire circumstance. You're not going to make it declining service by repeating "company policy" to other small businesses - you make it by going above and beyond. Funny thing is I was actually planning on opening an account with this bank but given this situation I only wonder what other unreasonable policies this bank has. No thanks, I'll stick with the big banks that provide way better service.
