  I basically got told off by the owner because her girl at the front desk was giving my clients wrong information. She basically told my clients that the final cash to close comes from the lender which is not true because the title company is who confirms what they need for escrow after they match fees. I have been working with this Team for over four years and never have this level of service, she rather lose a client to poor customer service and attitude than just explain to her employees how to answer questions. I guess she has a ton of business now that’s fine, because of her behavior and actions I partnered with another company, this is absurd. Her team is uneducated and will make you look bad and give wrong answers. Your right we needed to make that our last deal.

  I do apologize for any miscommunication between what our staff was explaining and what you and/or your client was understanding. Due to the high stress of purchasing a home, especially in a heavy market, information is not always processed in full and assumptions are made out of frustration, I believe that is what happened when our staff member tried to explain that if your buyer COULD NOT wait for the final figures from us, that they could use the lender provided figures (as the lender must disclose figures to the client 3 days prior to closing) as a ballpark. Final figures came very late from the lender and our staff was merely trying to be helpful by giving a temporary solution. It was never her intention to imply we would not provide figures and to solely rely on the lender. We wish you the best with all your future endeavors.

  Very nice and welcoming staff, willing to explain in deeper detail about your loan, mortgage details and listen to every question you have no matter how small, and I'm a slow learner so I appreciate a attentive person, definitely would recommend
