  What an absolute garbage banking institution. I was once a very loyal customer with Klein Bank but things have gone downhill and Old National is a joke. I had moved almost all my banking elsewhere but kept an old checking and savings account open for convenience and incidentals. Recently my wallet was stolen and I had to close a number of accounts and replace several cards. Old National was the ONLY company that sent me a letter threatening that if I did not supply them with a police report number I would be on the hook for the over $800 used illegally by the thief that took my card. I called Old National and reminded them that I was the victim of a theft and that they are responsible for the loss which had been reported almost immediately after the incident. I was not allowed to speak with the dispute team as "they don't speak with the public." When I demanded to speak with someone else I was informed that nothing will happen if I don't answer the letter and refuse to file a police report. What?! Why send it in the first place? I'm 100% done with Old National and will never do business with them again. What a complete joke.
