      Never go through this company especially Kevin Patrick he is manipulative and will not help you. They do not care about helping you, money is strictly the only thing they care about. They are extremely shady and make decisions that best suit themselves and have no care in the world about you or your situations. My experience here was miserable and I would advise everyone to stear clear of this company.

      This title company has held our money for over 6 days. The law states funds must be released within 48 hours. 6 days and counting and no funds. They continue to try and stall by asking for paperwork that is not required or has been waived by us. At this point I want out of the transaction. This is bordering on criminal. Do not use this company!
