Erhin Landis at Omega Mortgage in Redding is TOP NOTCH. He has always been readily available, he even answered a question by text on a weekend. Erhin, I very much appreciate your guidance and straight up honesty through the whole process. I was being quoted a .25% lower rate by another lender but turns out, he was just charging extra money! and I was gonna have to pay that on top of my closing cost! We are in escrow on our house and David Pinto is the loan officer from Omega Mortgage for our buyer. He works out of Omega's Reno office. Our mortgage lender completed the process and released our loan documents a couple of weeks ago. David Pinto has promised every day for well over a week to get the buyer's loan documents out so we can close but has failed to deliver. He even promised to have them out by a particular time of day and hasn't done that. Our buyer has taken time off to sign documents but they aren't released when David says the will be. It's gotten to the point where we can't believe what he's telling us. My real estate agent as well as the buyer's agent have been constantly calling and emailing him to no avail. Very frustrating and unprofessional. While I'm not a customer of Omega Mortgage, this experience certainly wouldn't make me want to use them in the future.
