      I was able to close on my home thanks to the tools and expertise of Ryan Derryberry and team. He found a mortgage application that helped people with high student loans get qualified (.5% of your student loan instead of the typical 1% which has kept a lot of people from qualifying - *also make sure to get a home that is not completely out of reach*). Ryan knows the industry and the process of qualifying for a home loan and and getting to your closing date. He was positive, encouraging straightforward about the process and guided me to closing. Another aspect was that I was required to take a home owners' training course where I learned the process and tips to owning and keeping a home. -- I highly recommend!
