      I’ve been working with ken hammelman for about 2 years until I was ready to buy. Once I was ready ken made things happen and was awesome to work with. Before I bought my house I shopped around to check prices. My loan was not an easy one to close and took lots of work on ken and his team. They always kept me in the loop. As a business owner I can understand things can change and deadlines get pushed out. As long as you do your due diligence as a purchaser and stay in the loop with your lender and agent. Surprises will be minimum! Go see ken and cj they will take care of you like family!

      its been almost two months and still haven't closed missing two closings because the approval papers didn't make it to the title company no one can or will give me an answer on where it's at. Shawn Vinson took responsibility however referred me to Cornerstone Mortgage so I'm having to deal with someone I didn't contract with and cant get ahold of.

      Made an appointment with Ryan for a 9am Saturday appointment. He said he was going to send us an email, and called on a Friday to confirm the appointment. Never received an email and he didn’t show up for the appointment. No follow up for anything. Very disappointing and definitely won’t be using Vinson Mortgage for a home loan.
