      Highly NOT recommended! We got our home loan through On Q financial in the Prescott, AZ office about 4 months ago. Within a month they sold the loan to Penny Mac. We received papers from On Q Financial that the loan was sold to Penny Mac. Then we received papers from Penny Mac that the loan was transferred to them along with a bill for our first mortgage payment. We've made 3 on time payments to Penny Mac. We have now been receiving harassing phone calls almost daily from On Q Financial telling us that our payments are 3 months behind! Penny Mac confirms that they have received payments and that the loan was transferred to them. CFPB will be contacted next. Avoid this company!
