  I am working with One Bank on a new construction loan; the service continues to be outstanding. We are working with Tammy Begley; she has been wonderful to work with through this process. If I have a question about the loan Tammy never makes me feel I am asking a silly question. Tammy responds to my emails in a timely manner. Tammy “kicked it up a notch” by meeting us on the job site to take a tour of the house. If you are looking for a great bank, be sure to check out One Bank. One Bank is our new bank for all of our banking needs.

  Terrible customer service. My teller, Helen, acted like it was just terrible to do my deposit. I have never had any other teller at this bank or any other bank tell me that they can’t do my deposits through the drive through, it was very organized and they run it through a counter anyway so it doesn’t take long to count also it wasn’t a huge amount of money. Then she sat there complaining to the teller next to her about the deposit. I was there for a total of 3 minutes with only one other customer in the whole parking lot. I am not one to ever leave reviews but I CANNOT stand when people just don’t want to do their job and are rude. As a bank teller and dealing with the public you can’t be rude.

  We were treated like thieves when me and my boyfriend brought his mother here to pick up her money at the window! The guy was extremely rude and condescending. This was by far the WORST experience we have EVER had at a bank!
