      I used to think this was a 5 star bank until I found out you will never have a excellent credit score if you use them. I had gotten lines of credit on my 2 checking accounts and I understand you have to pull a credit report for A-line of credit, however it takes 2 years for the hard pull to come off your credit report but One Bank of Tennessee pulls a hard pull on your credit report every 2 years therefore you can never have a perfect credit score banking with these folks, how goofy is that? Any other bank does soft pulls and does not affect your credit rating.
