      I'm a small business owner and I highly recommend One Florida Bank. I know my Branch SVP and have her personal cell phone number. I know the Commercial Banking SVP and have his cell phone number as well. This is a huge change from the decades of only banking with Wells Fargo and only being a number. One Florida has enabled me to buy out my previous partner and to continue to grow my business.

      The customer service at this bank is amazing. I used to bank with the big national banks but found I could never get the personal service that I needed as a small business owner that has many business accounts and sends bank wires on a very regular basis. The team at the Orange Ave branch, Mary Ann in particular, have consistently exceeded my expectations and make my banking business as easy as dealing with my own employees. I have even brought other clients to them because of the level of service they see I am receiving.

      Customer service at One Florida is absolutely amazing. I used to bank at Wells Fargo. The difference between One Florida and Wells Fargo is like comparing a steak at Del Frisco's vs. Applebees. MaryAnne is the manager at the Orange Ave location and she is beyond accommodating. And if you want a business banker who will be hands-on & really become a part of your company, ask for Shane. Bottom line, If you want to be treated like one of the cattle, stick with your big bank. If you want to be treated like royalty, switch to One Florida Bank.
