  Came to One vision from another local credit union for banking and a car loan. I can't say enough about Cole, he was so fast, so helpful and amazingly kind. The employees inside especially Andrea have been so helpful.I can't say enough good thing's. I look forward to working with one vision in the future for other needs. Great job and a greater experience.

  I have been a member and had an account here for over 20 years. The condescending manner in which I was just spoken to over the phone was the last straw. I CANNOT WAIT TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER BANK!!! Bogus over draft fees even though I had put money in the night drop box, screwed by the loan department in purchasing a car, no help what so ever. They used to be so helpful and friendly. I thought it was a credit union that tried to help the little people. They used to have a small program that allowed you to borrow $500 around christmas..helped me out when I was struggling and really grateful for the help. They did away with that a few years ago. I guess they didn't make enough money on it. Now it is all about scamming people and making you feel as small as possible. Maybe management has changed over the years, but have been disgusted and displeased for awhile. Absolute disgrace compared to what St. Anthony credit union used to be. Now they're just the eye sore on Lewis and Clark. Stay far away and go some place else. I hear stock yards is great!!!

  Their ATM shut down right in the middle of my transaction and it didn't give me my money and still haven't they was rude like I was trying to rip them off or something I ask them to look at the camera and I video it when it happened but they lady in there was rude and told me I had to file a dispute and it could take up to 45 before they fix it if the ATM gave me more money they would want their money back all I'm asking for is my 520 that their ATM took they didn't care it wasn't their money so they wasn't worried about it
