  I had such a pleasant experience at OneMain Financial. I got approved for more than I thought I would and the application process went very smoothly. Ed was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great same day service and I received my funds the next day. I will forever use OneMain Financial for all of my loan needs. Thank you!

  I only Have a star so I could provide the review they deserve. Do NOT do business with this company. Their offers seem attractive when you’re in a bind or have a family emergency but I assure you in the long run you are doomed. They inaccurately report to the credit bureaus bureaus, they attempt to make changes to your policy without your knowing (both illegal by the way). Just say no! They are awful!

  EXTREMELY unprofessional! Received a call at 10am in regards to my application and was told if I provided all of my information I would be able to come in same day at 6pm to close my loan. Was dealing with Edward. Uploaded all information, timely as requested. I called the office as I was on my way (after I had already received an email saying all the requested information was received) only to be told they needed more information. I told the girl I was already on my way since Edward said 6pm sharp. I said I would upload the other couple papers that she said were missing and the girl told me that she could try to get it reviewed but because they were so short staffed she couldn’t make any guarantees so more than likely they couldn’t get me in at 6. I called back when I realized I wasn’t going to be able to get them the info on time and asked if I should just reschedule and Edward jumped down my throat accusing me of being aggressive, simply by asking a question on what time I could be scheduled for (he told me he didn’t know and that if I felt it in my heart to cancel my loan I could do so). The only person aggressive was EDWARD! It is not my issue that you are short staffed. Take that out on someone else. He told me I could be transferred to another office and when I asked him for information he told me I could google it and figure it out myself. Never again will I ever attempt to give my business to this location!
