      Been a customer for about a year a half, needed some extra money but didn't know what to do. Justice reached out to me, advised me about the refinance they offer. I was hesitant bc I didn't want extra debt. She was extremely patient when answering all of my questions. She was able to get me a better offer and a lower interest rate than what I was already paying. As a consumer, it's nice to know some employees still believe in giving outstanding customer service.       These people will call you 15 times a day, on the weekends at 8am, when they ARENT EVEN OPEN, to collect a debt 1 month behind during the middle of a pandemic. They will harass you until you feel the need to Threaten to get a lawyer. The most unprofessional people I've ever mistakenly gotten into business with. Literally like being shaken down by the mob.
