Terrible communication. During the application process, Sue randomly stopped replying to our emails (emails replying to their questions about our application and other information). If the application we submitted was going to be denied, I would have appreciated the courtesy of telling us. We have since been approved elsewhere, I would never recommend Waterstone mortgage.
