      When I first encountered the employees over the phone they were friendly but it’s changed ever since I became a customer. They take the time to call you asking to help with extra funds but when you need it they tell you their “system” declines/approves it automatically. Every company is different as far as the application system but when I called back with questions I was rushed off the phone and cut off while I was talking.
