      This One Main Financial office staff has been respectful and helpful. We have worked with Shawn Landrum and Bianca Bateman . This loan event, I worked with Kara Steckley and Shawn Landrum. I wanted to get my credit debt down or eliminated. They handled the transactions in a manner that made them seem uncomplicated. They did not rush. They were available to help when I needed it. I teased Shawn when I told her that One Main Financial kept begging me to take their money 🤑. Thank you.

      I do insurance and have never had to jump thru more hoops to provide Evidence of insurance despite the insured already being covered.

      Did not have a good experience with them. They prolonged getting back to me for a week.. in which i left several messages because I could never seem to get ahold of the lady who was working on my loan. I finally gave it another shot and called and the lady who was doing my loan answered.. she said she was printing out some paperwork and would give me a call back.. I asked her if she was sure because I have been getting told that all week.. she told me she never received the messages that I called and she would for sure call me back... She didn't...the dealership sold the car I was trying to get.. I was very disappointed and would not recommend them
