      1. Bad Customer Service/NOT discuss about my Loan. Just my apply review and U cannot . I cant do anything....She said. OMG. I can get the loan the other way 2. Bad manner Agency staff/just Screaming and hang off the phone She s not ready to in Agency staff. Be ready 4 her. She need more trainning. NOT professional.
