      The young lady that handled my application was very professional and patient when we had trouble uploading an item. She tried different avenues to get it done and was very receptive to my idea of uploading and together we got it done. She stayed on the phone until all items were handed correctly. The turnaround time was not too bad as well, as I had a large item that had to be paid and I was able to do that without any penalty. All and all it was a very satisfying experience.

      Unprofessional. Taylor needs to be retrained because she is very confused on how to properly take care of people when a question is thrown in her direction. Doesn’t take initiative to help and is extremely rude.
