      Most of the staff were terrific!!! There was one that didn't seem very professional, but everyone else were very helpful and professional!!! I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a loan.

      Don’t know about the staff, but there’s one person who is VERY unprofessional. Whoever “Rob” is needs FIRED ASAP! His tone and hanging up in middle of a conversation is VERY disrespectful. Calling someone’s work place asking about their whereabouts is unprofessional. Next time be professional and call the actual persons phone to leave a message.. not the job. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A LOAN FROM THIS PLACE IF HE IS WORKING!!

      Associate failed to file my paperwork properly. My loan was for a house. I was told I would receive my funds 9am 1/7/22, that morning 11am I called with no funds in my account to be told that I should have receive the funds. Apoun reviewing the associate noticed he input my routing number incorrectly. With this I was told I must contact my bank and attempt to dispute the issue .. Now they refuse to fix the issue until they can clear there mistake and ensure they receive there money back. Now missing the payment for my home the purpose of my loan will be unfulfilled due to the company's mistake and unwillingness to fix the issue. Not to mention if the issue was fixed I would need to drive to the location for a check (which would take an additional 2 days to process) rather then the convince of direct deposit because "you cannot do direct deposit twice". Although I never got anything to begin with. They also have themselves spoken to the bank and have been ensure the funds will be returned but still continue to hold my funds. I did not make the mistake yet the company makes me pay for there mistakes.
