      I emailed the branch days ago to ask what my apr was, never got a response. Then today I get my monthly call that I have asked repeatedly to be taken off the calling list, and tonya was extremely rude to me when I asked what the apr is and she told me that it was disclosed at the time of getting the loan (2 YEARS AGO). One main is not a good company, I do not recommend it to anyone. I highly DO NOT recommend the Butler branch or tonya.

      I'm uncertain of how many One Main financial outlets there are but I can tell you that the branch outlet in Butler, Pa. is outstanding in its effort to correct possible problems ... it's easy for a loan company to be professional when all goes without a hitch from A to Z ... It's even better in my opinion to see everything go maddeningly wrong and see what they do in THOSE cases ... The Manager there as well as her assistent corrected my personal problems quickly and processed my loan as fast as the circumstances were rapidly resolved ... truly outstanding in my opinion.
