      Whitney was less than professional when answering loan questions over the phone. Conversations felt as if she did not care for or value me as a potential client. Highly disappointing from a branch manager.

      THE TEAM MEMBERS I HAVE WORKED WITH ARE GREAT HOWEVER THE MANAGER IS NOT CONSIDERATE OR COMPASSIONATE OVER THE PHONE. THE GENTLEMAN THAT WORKS AT THE DULUTH BRANCH IS WONDERFUL AND MY INTERACTIONS WITH HIM ARE WONDERFUL. HE SHOULD BE THE BRANCH MANAGER
