      UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE / HIGH TURN OVER - DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH. THE ONLY TIME YOU WILL GET A PHONE CALL IS WHEN YOU DONT PAY ON TIME NO MATTER WHAT THE SITAUTION IS. I WAS AFFECTED BY GOVERNMENT SHUT DOWN, CALLED AND ASKED FOR HELP AND A CALL BACK. I NEVER GOT ONE. I HAD TO CALL BACK SEVERAL TIMES AND STILL TOLD ONE MAIN CANT HELP. THIS IS THE 2ND OR 3RD MANAGER AT THE OFFICE AND IVE HAD SEVERAL REPS SCREW UP MY ACCOUNT TO MAKE HARASSING PHONE CALLS. THIS COMPANY ALSO RIPS YOU OFF ..DONT DO IT !!!

      Keeps pulling payments from my account while on disability. I have disability insurance with them, but they keep taking full payment every month even as the insurnce pays them. They suck
