  Very easy to work with, and they are strait forward when it comes to the loan and what they require for paying it back. I also like the whatever loan amount you get approved for, they make that's how much you get..... whatever fees they need are added to the loan amount

  Initially, I was referred to One Main Financial for an upgrade to my initial loan that is in good standing. However, the resulting experience was unsatisfactory: submitted all paperwork for an upgrade and waited for two weeks while the website showed a "pending" status. Sent an email asking for an update - no response received. Finally reached someone in the office who said my application had been declined, despite no information from the company nor update to its website.

  Terrible! Never get a loan from One Main!! I was quoted one APR and given a higher one once I got into the office. Opened my account in the Elk Grove office and my account was switched to West Sac without them telling me. Didn't know until I called to see about a one time courtesy payment skip for a month. The girl I talked to said "Oh lets see about refinancing and lowering payment." Since the have all my info, did not think there would be a hard pull and she did not inform me there would be. But yep hard pull!! AND apparently, unlike other companies who give you a courtesy skip payment once a year, they charge you almost the same cost of the payment to skip it!!! Of the $1535 I have paid back, only a little over $300 has gone to the principal. DON'T DO IT!!!!!
