      This place is crazy busy all day, I always got a call back after leaving message for my officer misty and spoke with several other office members who were all nice and answered all my questions when she was with another customer. I read the other reviews and just think people get mad when they don't have an approval they like. The process is easy submit your documents then provide detailed information about past credit accounts and set an appointment, I had the option to come in or do everything digitally. Its fairly quick funding same day if no issues I was told as long my address was updated on all documents there shouldn't be any issues with same day funding otherwise funds available in am. Which is still pretty fast. I have thought about coming here plenty of times got referred by a friend and glad I called in. If you need extra $ they can help even if your credit not so good.

      Referred my daughter to apply with them. I sent her to another location not this one but since she applied online it sent here. It took 2 days for an answer. They took all her info qualified her for a decent amount which was more than she requested. Then they told her no we couldn’t get it approved after all due to her being part time?? Really. It took Them 2 days to see she was part time when all that was disclosed the initial day. I know it was not credit n because she has good. Next time review application thoroughly and do not waste people time. If partirme was the issue state it right away.

      Not helpful when you need it. The insurance is a scam do I do not recommend paying for it. Interest is decent but the terms are outrageous. Never again would I come back.
