      When did customer service die? They don't return phone calls, they don't call when they say they will, and when you tell them that you are coming late afternoon they leave early! This includes the manager, Jacob, at the Davenport, IA office. This was a stressful time for my Mother as my father had pasted away recently. They needed to be more up front, inform her of what was going on, and not avoid her calls. Even if they would have called her and said, "We are trying such and such." Instead they kept her in the dark and worrying.

      Stay away from here, had gotten a loan made payments an almost all the payments went to interest. You will never get out from under it. Not only that but the harassing phone calls from them since they are "debt collectors" is laughable. Talked with several attorneys who said they were a joke business who know people won't be able to pay their loans back yet are still in business doing it.
