      They approved me for a $6000 loan. Not pre-approved. I was actually approved. They got all of my documentation that they needed to go through with the loan process just to give me a lowball offer at the end. They approved me for $6000 & tried to get me to take $2300 at the last minute. I declined. I feel like that was very sneaky for them to do that. They must have thought that I was desperate for money & would just accept the lowball offer of $2300 even though I got approved for $6000. That would never happen.

      If I could give this location a lower score, I would. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. They don't notify of any updates or changes and have poor customer service skills. If you have to go with this company, choose a different location.
