  The WORSE MANAGER and staff of any company I have ever interacted with. The manager NEVER comes to the phone, return calls nor reply to emails. No wonder her staff is unprofessional…RUDE and being curt with you and letting your loan sit in office for WEEKS!!!! Extreme lack of communication and very Lazy!! I asked twice for my loan to be withdrawn because it had been over 2 weeks of no resolution, so I applied with a different company and got approved with a much better interest rate and awesome term immediately. Loan funded on day number 2 of applying with this other company, and it was directly deposited into my account. The guy who answered the phone at One Main said he will notate that I decline any and all offers and I requested it to be withdrawn as well as tell David, Ebony AND Adrienne I believe is her name…the manager that I changed my mind and to withdraw it along with giving me a confirmation it has been withdrawn per my request by phone or email. NOTHING!! 1 week later after it was suppose to be withdrawn, I get an email that they still continued with the process and turned it down. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ONE MAIN FINANCIAL, especially the location on 249/ Tomball near Buffalo Wild Wings and FM 1960.

  This experience was the best I have had since doing business with the company. I am happy that much leg work had been done prior to me driving over there. Thank you for allowing the staff to help people before they drive to the office. When I arrived staff was very pleasant and I didn't have to sit 2 hrs to wait for paperwork to be ready.
