      Stay away! Getting money wasn't the issue. After sometime of paying on the loan I became disabled due to work related incident. Though I was reluctant at first, I'm glad I paid extra for the insurance suggested as a tag on by One Main for this exact situation. However after 2 months of the insurance making the payment(you have to submit separate claim paperwork for each payment) they said they wouldn't accept the Doctor supplied form?? I'm still on disability and they have taken my vehicle and still say I have a balance on the account. I thought they were different than most places like them but NO there the same. Most of the 4-5 star reviews will be new customers, I started with them in 2016

      When the process first started it was hard to get in touch with my go to person. I work nights and it's a problem with all transactions I have. For the most part it was easy to get information vital to the process in to the company. It had great benefits in the end for our vehicle. I was satisfied with the over all experience and would do business with them again.
